02:00pm - 04:30pm Social Row Meet at 1400 to leave at 1415 :: Club Row
04:30pm - 05:45pm Just Row Meet at 1630 to leave at 1645 :: Club Row

06:00pm - 08:00pm Evening Row Meet at 1800 to leave at 1818 :: Club Row

06:30pm - 09:30pm Friday night evening pub row to Warsash. Meet at 1830, leave at 1845. Bring buoyancy aids/ lifejackets and a head torch as we may still be out after sunset (2115) :: Club Row

10:00am - 12:30pm Stamina Row. Meet at 1000 to leave at 1015. A row of 5 miles plus. Bring lifejackets/ buoyancy aid for if we go out of the river beyond pile 10/ lifeboats at Warsash. Decide on the day, based on the conditions :: Club Row
