10:00am - 12:30pm Morning Row: meet at 1000 to leave at 1015. Leave boats pulled in for evening row. :: Club Row
06:00pm - 07:30pm Evening Row: Lifejackets/ Buoyancy aids and head torches required. Meet at 1800 to leave at 1815 Meet at 18p00 :: Club Row

10:00am - 12:15pm Stanina Row: meet at 1000 to leave at 1015. A row of 5 miles plus. All welcome, bring a buoyancy aid/ lifejacket in case we head out beyond Warsash. Where we row,will depend on the conditions on the day.s. :: Club Row
